Which Option do I need?
I know its confusing as we just say what’s your business name, however they are different – one has its own ABN & ACN (ASIC) and therefore considered an entity -and the other does not (ABR) so it runs under your personal ABN attached to your name.
In brief:
Company registered office address? you need address including locker
Company trading address ? you need the trading office address
Business address? you need the business address
IN DETAIL:
INDIVIDUAL / PARTNERSHIP If you are a registered Business (Individual or Partnership with ABN) then you are considered a person or persons operating an Australian state registered Business name through ABR (Australian Business Register) , but all income and expenses is directly added to your personal income tax, or your part of it if you are a partnership. For this setup a Business Office Address is sufficient and every business name will need its own Business Office Address, as they are not under one ASIC number.
COMPANY If you are a registered Company then you are considered a Australian Company registered Business through ASIC that is operated by one or more persons. The Company is considered a separate entity (a legal word for a virtual person) and has its own TFN – tax file number- just like you do. The income and expenses of the Company are not part of your personal Income Tax and you have to do a Company Tax Return every year. (BUT the income paid to you personally from the Company is considered under your personal income. This may be provided to you as Salary, Drawdowns, Directors fees etc.) The Company does not have to give you any money and you do your Company Tax separately. The Company pays its own tax at a set rate.
COMPANY WITH BUSINESS NAME/S You can have a Company with Business Names owned by the Company. An Example would be us: Park Terrace Investments Pty Ltd trading as Suite 20. You can have lots of Business names under the Company (which may represent your Brands) so you can ‘silo’ or ‘bucket’ your business interests and essentially run them individually.
You can also ‘sell’ the registered business without losing your Company setup. As all business names are under the one Company ASIC number so only one subscription is needed however you need to advise us what the other business names are in case any paperwork comes to the office. In most cases you would send business name info to your PO Box. For this setup a Company Registered Office address including Locker is what you need.
Alternately you may only require a trading address (Principle Place of Business that you have told ASIC) for your company that does not change ASIC registered office address register but changes the Principal Place of Business Address; and a Business Office Address can be used in this instance.


Sometimes, as a registered business only you need an Office space that you can use from time to time, so the locker only is added separately to keep personal stuff in the Office if needed. A Framed Business Certificate for instance is something that you need to display when working from here. This is to save you carrying the stuff back an forth. We are working on a booking system so you can utilise the Office in Hourly increments for meetings etc if required. Call or email in the mean time to arrange.
What is a Subscription?
Great question!
Having such great pricing meant we had to be smart in how we provided you with the service. Time is of the essence when we all run our own businesses, so we thought the best way to offer the service was subscription based.
As you really need a Paypal account anyway when buying from suppliers, we thought it best to stick to Paypal for that reason.
Basically, the system is setup to automatically process recurring billing through Paypal. You set it up when you go through Paypal payments.
You can cancel at any time through your Paypal account – Keep in mind it will cancel your subscription and access keys too.
How does it work?
When you pay for the service or services, you will be sent to Paypal and the subscription will be set up. Only one type of subscription can be set up at a time so we suggest using the combo if you want the address and locker service. As we said, you can cancel at any time and it will take effect when your licence key expires.
Once setup, you will receive your Licenced Authority to Use certificate via email.

You will also receive via separate email your active license key, valid for the duration of service that you purchased.

You will then be billed automatically via Paypal and you will receive a new license key to show you are active.

You have full authority to use our address for the duration you are in credit and active. You will be contacted either via text or email, if physical mail arrives at the Suite. You can advise us how you wish to process the mail. Fair use policy applies.
We will not give out private information unless forced to by law. You cannot use the Suite, address or lockers for any illegal activity. You cannot use the Suite, lockers or address if your active status or credit has elapsed.
We would prefer not to have to even think about this but have to put it in for those of you who might think it’s ok not to pay. We have provided this service in good faith to help out our Community who could be based all over the world and need an Australian Office Address for their business.
Please don’t abuse the offer or there will be consequences:
We have access to the ASIC register and can check addresses. If you are found to be using the address without our consent, an invoice will be calculated based on your ASIC Business or Company renewal date. Note: This renewal can be up to 3 years in the future and the invoice could be over $1,200. If this invoice is not paid, a debt collection agency will be contacted to retrieve the funds.
